Friends expect me to write something often, but I would rather write when I am inspired. I know that we have a vice President with a foot in his mouth and a President who needs one there. We have local elections going on for mayor and a mayor of Jackson who died on election day. We have a national financial melt down and a war still raging in Afghanistan. Yes there are plenty of things to write about but the bottom line is that I am busy. I still have a business to run. It is not that I no longer care it is that I am in the middle of it.
In all honesty I had hoped to have a new job by now and a business up for sale. I would have had the time to deeply research issues and not only write about them but vote on them. Maybe later, but for now I will keep my 60+ hour a week job and continue teaching Sunday School.
Even though I do not devote the time to my own blog like I and want and have not updated my other website for a year does not mean that I dissolved. I do make occasional short comments on other sites like The912project.com. Check it out and see for your self.
I will be back when I can.

I trust a busy, hard working man over a government supported one every time. We can wait for wisdom rather than a daily diet of spin.
Any one can read a teleprompter and pretend to be great. It is the real world experience that really does it.
I checked out that 912 site that you mentioned. WOW!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks for the mention!
My friend has a teeter account and does nothing else. I wish if he had nothing to say he would say nothing.
Hay Cliff, Are you the same Cliff Brown who ran against Perry Lee, the RINO who represents Mendenhall? I live in Cleary which is a lakes community with a lot of older people. Perry Lee came around telling people that their dams were not safe, but if they elect him he will get a grant from the federal government and save the dams, but if they vote for Cliff Brown the dams would break and flood their houses. Now it turns out that one fifth of the federal stimulus money in Mississippi went to Simpson County, and Mendenhall got the lions share.
Yes, I am that same Cliff Brown. Some where down inside I still have a little fire left but am tired. Maybe someone else can do it next time.
I did not know that Perry lee pulled that crap in Cleary. I live in Plantation Shores and he did it here. We need to get rid of that RINO before he does more than just tax peanuts and scare old folks.
